1. Purpose of the Moderation Policy This moderation policy describes how we monitor, review, and moderate user-submitted content on our online store to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and our own standards.

3. Content Standards Users must adhere to the following rules. Content must meet the following requirements:

Reviews must not be unduly influenced by personal relationships, gifts, or compensation.
- You must not review any entity with which you have a financial or close personal relationship.
4. Moderation Process
4.1 Detection and Review We moderate content by:
- Human moderation: manual review by our team - User reporting: users can contact us about content they believe violates this policy.
4.2 Notice and Response Procedure If you believe that any content is unlawful or violates this Policy, please contact us.
Your notification should include the following:
A description of the content in question A detailed description of what you believe to be illegal or in violation of our rules We will:
・Promptly notify the user that the notification has been received ・Promptly review the reported content
4.3 What we can do If content violates this Policy or applicable law, we will take the following actions:
- Removal of the content in question - Issuance of a warning - Temporarily or permanently suspending the user's account - Reporting serious violations to the competent authorities
4.4 Review Pre-Moderation User-submitted reviews may be pre-moderated before they are published, which means that they are reviewed to ensure they comply with our moderation standards before being published.
Pre-moderation is intended to prevent the posting of clearly inappropriate content, such as:
・Personal information (e.g., phone number, email address)
Offensive or inappropriate language Unrelated or off-topic posts Reviews may not be approved for publication without notice to users, especially if the content clearly violates our standards or legal obligations.
We may also need to edit or remove content for other reasons (e.g., reviewers accidentally submitting personal information) without notifying reviewers individually.
This commitment ensures that the platform maintains a reliable and legally sound environment.
5. Cooperation with Authorities Where applicable, we will:
- Cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities in cases of suspected illegal content or criminal activity.
- If we receive a valid order from an authority, we will promptly remove or disable access to illegal content.
