1. Agreement to the Terms of Use

By using this website (services), you (site visitor) are deemed to have agreed to these terms of use, which apply to all services provided by our company (STR Nordic Oy) and accessed by the site visitor.

2. Definitions of Terms

The following terms apply in these Website Terms of Use:

・Service: refers to a website belonging to the domain hohde.jp.

- Site Usage: refers to visiting the Site, scrolling, viewing pages, accessing forms or links, adding items to your cart, accessing the shopping cart or checkout pages, filling in forms, providing payment information, finalizing an order, and any other uses of the Site that may be offered in the future or activities that are part of the normal use of a website.

・Product: means any product sold on the Website, each of which has its own dedicated product page. Products may be out of stock and may not be available for purchase until stock is replenished.

Below is an overview of the services we provide within the Service:

This service is intended for the personal use of the site visitor. Resale is prohibited.

Site visitors can use the Service to view product introduction pages and product advertisement information and purchase products from our company. Site visitors who wish to purchase products can make a purchase request for the product by adding the product to their cart and completing the checkout procedure. The checkout procedure includes providing shipping information, providing valid payment information, and final confirmation to enter into a sales contract.

The Terms of Sale, Shipping Terms, and Return and Refund Policy all apply to the sale of products and acceptance of claims, and site visitors agree to and accept them as part of the purchasing process.

The sales contract for this product is concluded when the site visitor makes a purchase request and the Company sends the site visitor an email indicating that the request has been accepted. 5. Payment Obligations and User Responsibilities

There is no charge for using the Service to browse Products or create an account, however, site visitors are responsible for any costs associated with their use of the Internet and the purchase and use of any device to access the Service.

If you register for an account, you are responsible for registering with your own information and for keeping that information up to date. You are responsible for choosing a secure password when creating your account and for not disclosing your password to any third party.

Ordering products through the Service is subject to payment. Payment for orders and other applicable fees is described in our Terms of Sale, Shipping Terms, and Returns and Refunds Policy. Using the Service to submit orders without the intention of paying is prohibited.

8. Suspension of Account

We may also terminate an account if we believe a third party has gained unauthorized access to the visitor's account.

9. Suspension or Termination of Service Provision

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the Service for any reason, including the following:

- In unavoidable circumstances, such as when the entire system needs to be maintained or when it is impossible for the service provider to maintain system operation.

- When it is difficult to provide the Service due to emergencies or force majeure such as natural disasters, social conditions, or infrastructure failures.

- Situations in which the administration of the Service is hindered due to computer virus infection, software or hardware errors, or other technical or legal factors.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore the system and resume service, and if possible, we will provide notice of the service outage on the service.

We also reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. Termination of the Service will not affect the fulfilment of orders already submitted and paid for.

10. Responsibility

The Company shall not be liable for compensation for damages that may be suffered by site visitors due to abnormal or unexpected use of the Service, damages caused by the site visitor's own actions unrelated to the services provided by the Company, or damages caused by problems that are beyond the control of the Company and beyond the scope of reasonable foreseeability, etc. The Company reserves the right to limit its liability under applicable law, and compensation shall also be limited to the extent permitted by law.

If a visitor of this site violates these terms and conditions or other terms and conditions and causes damage to our company or a third party (including fraud or negligence), the visitor of this site will be liable to compensate our company or the third party for such damage.

Our overall liability in relation to the sale contract of goods is set out separately in the terms of sale. We are responsible for the fulfillment of the contents agreed in the contract under the Consumer Contract Act and related laws and regulations and shall be liable to the extent provided for in the Consumer Contract Act. We shall be liable in case of intentional acts or gross negligence on the part of our company. In case of non-conformity, the amount of liability shall be limited to the actual value of the goods subject to the contract.

The Company is not responsible for any content or circumstances related to links to third-party websites from the Service, and is not liable for any damages incurred from the use of third-party websites.

11. Jurisdiction

As this service is aimed at online sales of products to customers in Japan, the sales contract for the products is subject to Japanese laws such as the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. If it is necessary to determine jurisdiction outside the scope of the Consumer Contract Act or the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, we reserve the right to choose the courts of Finland as necessary.

12. Application

If any part of these Terms of Use is held to be inapplicable or invalid under any jurisdiction, then the invalid part will be removed from these Terms, but the remaining parts will remain valid and in full force and effect.
