Shipping Terms

Your order will be processed on the same business day that your credit card payment has been received. Processed orders are shipped twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, by our courier company. As a rule, we do not ship on Finnish public holidays. If there is a delay due to bad weather, shipping company circumstances, stock shortages, or other reasons, we will notify you by email.

Delivery time

Products are shipped internationally from Finland, so delivery times may take longer than domestic delivery in Japan. Delivery usually takes 6-14 days after your order is processed. Currently, orders from hohde.jp are only shipped within Japan.

Shipping and Delivery Options

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be added to your total at the checkout page when placing your order.

Shipping is free for purchases over 10,000 yen.

As a general rule, products are delivered to a mailbox, but depending on the size of the package, there may be cases where it does not fit in a mailbox. In such cases, we may ask you to collect the product in person or, depending on the situation, to collect it yourself.

Please note: All orders are treated as "personal imports." Shipping costs do not include any additional fees you may be responsible for, such as customs duties and consumption tax. All orders are shipped "DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)." Therefore, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, fees, and consumption tax on purchases over 16,666 yen.
