Shipping Terms

Your order will be processed on the same business day that your credit card payment has been cleared. Processed orders are dispatched twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, by our courier company. As a rule, we do not dispatch on Finnish public holidays. If there is a delay due to bad weather, the carrier's schedule, stock shortages, or other reasons, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Time

Products are shipped internationally from Finland, so delivery takes longer than domestic delivery in Japan. Delivery usually takes 6-14 days after order processing. Currently, orders from hohde.jp are only shipped within Japan.

Shipping and Delivery Options

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your total price at the checkout page when placing your order.

In principle, delivery items are delivered to a mailbox, but depending on the size of the package, there may be cases where it does not fit in a mailbox. In that case, we may ask you to collect the item in person or collect it yourself depending on the situation.

Please note: All orders are treated as "personal imports". Shipping charges do not include any additional fees that you may have to pay, such as customs duties and consumption tax. All orders are shipped as "Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)". Therefore, you are responsible for paying customs duties, fees, and consumption tax for purchases over 10,000 yen. Please check the Japan Customs website for the latest customs and consumption tax rates.
