We do not provide gift wrapping services.
・Please note that any additional fees that may be incurred within Japan will be the responsibility of the customer. All ordered items will be shipped duty unpaid (DDU), so if the taxable value exceeds 10,000 yen, the customer will be responsible for any duties, customs clearance fees, and consumption tax. Sales volume There is no particular limit on the number of items sold, Prices may be set individually depending on stock availability. Sales are limited to personal use/personal import only. *Please note that we cannot accept orders for commercial or resale purposes. If any relevant orders or purchase history are confirmed, we may restrict future orders.
Delivery time Orders are processed within the same business day. Delivery times are 6-14 days after your credit card transaction has been approved. As a rule, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Finnish public holidays. If there is a delivery delay due to bad weather, courier availability, out-of-stock items, or other reasons, we will notify you by email.
Shipping method After we make the arrangements, the item will be delivered by the delivery company (DHL).
Payment method and payment period Payment can be made by credit card or express checkout . Payment is confirmed when you place your order, and credit card payments are processed immediately. The billing date will vary depending on your credit card company and payment processing company.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Before your order is shipped: You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service email address.
Once the product has been shipped: We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.
Returning Defective Products: If you discover that your product is defective after receiving it, please contact us immediately. We will refund you after we have confirmed the defect and will cover the return shipping costs for defective products. Please see our " Special Returns and Refunds Policy " for more information.
