We do not provide gift wrapping services.
・Please note that any additional fees that may be incurred in Japan will be borne by the customer. All ordered items will be shipped duty unpaid (DDU), so if the taxable value exceeds 10,000 yen, customs duties, customs fees, and consumption tax will be borne by the customer. Sales volume There is no limit on the number of items sold, Prices may be set individually depending on stock availability. Sales are limited to personal use/personal import only. *Please note that we cannot accept orders for commercial or resale purposes. If we find any applicable orders or purchase history, we may restrict your future orders.
Shipping Time Orders are processed within the same business day. Delivery times are 6-14 days after credit card transaction approval. As a rule, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Finnish public holidays. If there is a delivery delay due to bad weather, carriers' schedules, out-of-stock items or other reasons, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Method After we make the arrangements, the item will be delivered by the delivery company (DHL).
Payment method and payment period Payment can be made by credit card or express checkout . Payment is confirmed when you place your order, and credit card payments are processed immediately. The billing date will vary depending on your credit card company and payment processing company.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Before the product is shipped: You may cancel your order by contacting our customer service email address.
After the item has been shipped: We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Returning defective products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund your money after you have provided us with the defective part of the product. If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please see our Special Return and Refund Policy for more information.
